Cut-outs and semi finished products

XPS and EPS styrofoam cut-outs:

This offer is suitable to creators of advertisements, advertisement agencies and handicraft firms.
– styrofoam will be cut as per data supplied by the customer. Those will be ready to be assembled
– if the customer in not able to assemble the product, we request data and our firm will be able to assemble the products on the behalf of customer
– size od the XPS panel (hardened styrofoam) is 119×56,5cm
– size od the EPS panel (standard) is 99x49cm
– information needed as far as the thickness of the panel is concerned.

The  panel will be cut on CNC cutter and the whole panel with the cut out motif will be available for pick-up or to be sent to your company/business adress.

In case that the motif is larger than the panel available, the motif will have to be divided and after the cutting is done, the motif will have to be glued and put together as needed.

This means there is NO need to alter the cut-out.

Cut-outs using the milling machine out of PVC, AL sendwich, Plywood:

This offer is suitable to creatoes of advertisements, advertisement agencies and handicraft firms.
– chosen material is milled to suit to the company standards (data) and milled pieces will be ready to be assembled.

This is the cut-out without any additional modification (cleaning, etc. …) which means that the cut-out has to be cleaned up (smoothing the edges, etc. …)
If the completely clean product is a better choice, the variation: ECONOM will be more suitable.
